Executive Assistant, Oxford UK

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support multiple executives in our Oxford, UK office. The Executive Assistant reports directly to the CEO of the Opportunity International Network (GMO) to provide day-to-day advanced front line administrative support. This position performs complex administrative functions, which include coordination of the CEO’s office with other Network offices and Member organizations, project management, meeting/event planning, extensive international travel planning, and complete organization of the CEO’s office. The Executive Assistant will also provide administrative support to the CIO and CEO of Opportunity International UK. **NEW** Finance and Administration Volunteer

We are looking for a finance and administration volunteer to work with us for one day a week. All relevant training will be given.  This role would suit someone who wants to return to work, build up a CV, or has a few spare hours a week to volunteer and do something different. Your work will help Opportunity enable people across Africa to escape poverty by themselves. We will reimburse up to £20 a week of travel expenses, so we would prefer someone local to the Oxford area.
