When you become a committed supporter of Opportunity you become an Ambassador for our work, but more importantly for our clients. In your own way, over dinner with friends, in the evenings with your family or grabbing a coffee with a colleague, any story you share about our work makes a difference. If talking about a client in Africa feels like you’d be promoting your own philanthropy perhaps it’s helpful to be reminded that the word “ambassador” is based on the Latin ambactus which means “servant”. When you support our clients or tell their stories, you’re serving them.
Ambassadors receive monthly updates on Opportunity's work, invitations to special events, the opportunity to meet senior staff from the field when they're in London and invitations to visit clients across Africa.
When you become an Ambassador, you will make an impact on generations to come.
