Wioletta Barwicka-Lofthouse
Wioletta has over 25 years of experience, predominantly in banking, financial services, and global economic development, with expertise in corporate governance, organisational transformation, financial inclusion and impact investing across Europe, Asia, and Africa.
She currently holds the position of Independent Chair of the Council of Europe Development Bank, leading the Board’s oversight of its social investment activities across 43 member states in Europe. Earlier, she served as a Board Member at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, representing Poland, Bulgaria, and Albania.
