Busola Sodeinde is a seasoned leader with extensive experience across financial services, governance and social entrepreneurship. A former Chief Financial Officer of State Street Global Markets EMEA, she now holds a portfolio of senior non‑executive roles, including Vice Chair of The Scouts Association and Audit Chair positions across the financial sector. She is also actively engaged with the Church of England as a member of the Board of Governors of the Church Commissioners for England, where she contributes to work on impact investing and economic justice and led an independent review on the church’s work in lowest-income communities. She is the founder of Dysh™, a social and educational technology platform, and is recognised for her leadership in strategy, inclusion and digital innovation. Her professional expertise and faith‑driven commitment to economic justice closely align with Opportunity International UK’s mission to empower people to lift themselves out of poverty with dignity.
